Congratulations to NSBN LLP, Alliott Group's Beverly Hills, California, USA member, who ranks #2 of the best places to work in LA according to the Los Angeles Business Journal

NSBN LLP, Certified Public Accountants and Business Consultants in Beverly Hills, was named by the Los Angeles Business Journal as #2 of The Best Places to Work in LA for 2011. This countywide survey and awards program was designed to identify the best places of employment in Los Angeles County, benefiting the region's economy, its workforce and businesses. The Best Places to Work in LA list is made up of 75 companies split into small, medium and large sized companies. NSBN LLP has received this award for the 5th consecutive year; however, this year has been the best ranking yet. The firm ranked #2 in the medium-sized company category.

NSBN LLP was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in LA awards reception on Tuesday, August 9, 2011, hosted by the LABJ, where the final rankings were revealed. As one of the top 3 winners, Ken Miles, CPA, Managing Partner was invited to address the crowd of nearly 500 business professionals. “Our employees are our strongest asset,” said Miles, “We’ve established a fun work environment where everyone loves to come to work and it is because of all the wonderful staff at NSBN that we received this prestigious award.”

How is this determined? Companies from every industry entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in LA. The first part evaluated each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics, worth 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee experience, worth 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
