The Israeli Group held its annual meeting in Tel Aviv on March 25th. Every year the members get together before Passover to discuss business matters and to elect committee member for the local board for the next year. Elisha Sa'ar, the former group chairman, reports on the various activities and member's benefits.

Marketing

  • A regular newsletter is sent every month by mail. This newsletter is sent to 17 mailing lists, one list for each office. Although the content is similar there are 17 versions of each newsletter with a specific logo for every office. Currently this newsletter is sent to 3,500 active mail addresses of clients and business contacts.
  • A year-end brochure has been produced which members can personalize by adding their own corporate logo.

Sharing of information

  • One of the core benefits of the Israeli Group is the ability to share information. In the last 12 months, 18 internal newsletters were produced and sent to members and their employees containing current Q/A which were addressed to the following professional departments: Tax department, Auditing department and Accounting department.
  • 8 Auditing circulars were also sent to members as well as several professional brochures.
  • Every month 1-2 professional updates and training meetings are held mainly focusing on taxation matters.

Seven members presented themselves as candidates for next year board. All of them were elected: Giora Lentz, Rami Meidan, Dror Bar-Moshe, Hagit Liberman, Moshe Kadar' Rachel Komemi. And Ariel Fatal.

Elisha Sa'ar, former chairman of the Israeli Group congratulated the newly elected board.
