About Alliott Group Legal
The law firms within Alliott Group (previously marketed as AG Legal)provide an ever expanding global presence offering fellow members and their clients legal expertise across a broad range of practice areas in commercial centres throughout the world.
The legal membership of Alliott Group was established four years ago to complement the services already provided by the accounting and consultant members of the Group. From its primarily European focus, the legal membership is now expanding into the other regions served by AG members – testament to the Group’s ability to evolve and innovate, and the culture of sharing, contributing and co-operation which forms the backbone of the Group’s overall ethos and activities.
Improving through sharing
Membership of Alliott Group offers independent firms the opportunity to extend globally with their clients through access to other carefully selected providers of accounting, legal, IT, human resources, corporate finance and outsourcing professionals.
Each member firm undergoes an thorough screening process and continuous assessment to ensure that they continue to operate to and meet all Alliott Group criteria. As a result, our members are among the most respected, forward-thinking firms in their respective countries.
Work without boundaries
We are established but not in every sense of the word. Our approach to international business is a refreshing one – a framework which enables members to share knowledge, mix with like-minded professionals and provide their clients with access to a truly global solution wherever they are.
We are different to other associations and networks in that we do not just focus on one aspect of international business. Instead we provide global reach via an alliance of dynamic national, regional and internationally focused firms – a unique business opportunity for our worldwide membership and their clients.
The law firm members within the group are equipped to provide a wide range of transactional and litigation services including:
- Company law
- Employment law
- International trade law
- Administrative law
- Property law
- Tax law
- Litigation, mediation and arbitration
We can also work in tandem with our fellow Alliott Group members, to provide complementary accountancy, tax, IT and management consultancy services to provide a total solution for a fully co-ordinated service with seamless international coverage.
