Worldwide Board
With representation from all the regions and both the accounting and legal memberships, the Worldwide Board discusses, develops and then monitors the implementation of all strategic matters of the group. The board meets on the regular basis throughout the year.
The board has delegated the resposnibility for the day to day running of the group to the Executive Director and his team within the Executive Office. The Executive Director and Executive Office team are held accountable for their actions and the successful management of the group by the Worldwide Board.
Members of the board are elected by the membership at the group's Annual Meeting and serve a term of 3 years with the possibility to continue their membership of the board annually (following their initial 3 year terms) subject to being relected.
