Specialist areas The Practice has expertise in all major areas of law with particular strengths in civil and commercial law. It has experience of financial, commercial and expropriation law. It also has extensive experience of transport law and lawyers have collaborated on the production of legislative material in this field. In the area of Administrative Law, the Practice has experience in the fields of public sector tendering and of public-private organisations. With reference to this, the Practice acted as a legal consultant to an important railway company in the north of Italy advising on a telecommunications project. Any material published by lawyers in the Practice never refers to a particular case or Client.
