Colin Farmer is a partner in London / South East accounting firm member Alliotts. As well as Deputy Worldwide Chair, he is also EMEA Chair.
Colin is specialised in understanding the complex issues facing inward investing businesses setting up in the UK. He currently provides advice and services to numerous UK subsidiaries of overseas companies, including a number of well known international retail chains.
As Chief Executive Officer, James is responsible for the day to day management of Alliott Group. I am a partner with ICS Bagimsiz Denetim A.S. in Istanbul. I have been with involved with the firm from 1997 through 2001 at various levels and as partner since 2008.
I am currently serving as the firm's partner in charge of Accounting and Auditing responsible for monitoring the firm's quality control systems, Risk & Compliance and Fraud Examination departments, and managing relationship with clients. I have previous experience in audits of media and entertainment, technology and internet, aviation, retail and royalty and vendor audits and compliance audits.
I hold Bachelors degrees in Business - Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Accountancy.
Additionally, Ihold an active CPA license in Turkey and the United States of America as well as being a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics, Certified IT Professional, Chartered Global Management Accountant and Forensic Certified Public Accountant certifications.

Lex Thielen graduated from the University of Paris Sorbonne in 1985. After his law degree, he continued with a specialized study in contract and tort law (D.E.A in private law) which he finished with distinction. He was a lecturer at the Sorbonne from 1986 to 1988. He was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in February 1987 and opened his own law firm in 1991. After defending several individuals in highly publicised white collar crime trials, he decided to focus on commercial and financial law, and later also real estate and tax structures through Luxembourg. Recently he published a book on real estate law (Les professionnels de l''immobilier en droit luxembourgeois, Ed. Larcier 2010).
