Luc Lamy is the chair of Alliott Group's Global Mobility Services Group and has been a partner at Tax Consult in Belgium since July 2011.

His key areas are domestic and international tax structuring. His areas of focus include also corporate valuation and family office management. As an expert in business management consulting, he regularly advises clients in key aspects of business organization, such as due diligence, compliance projects, company assessments, relocation of operations, as well as planning and support issues associated with family office.
In previous years, he served as a Co-leader of the Expert Committee on Capital Investment/Banking and Capital Market Law of the Association of German Portfolio Management Tax Consultation (DVVS) and as a member of the Advisory Board for Banking of the Tax Consultant Association of Westfalen-Lippe.

Jackie Hendley is a Business Advisory Partner and the Head of Birmingham office.
Jackie trained with Lowe McTernan, a firm in Rubery, before moving to KPMG in 1990 to join their audit practice. She transferred to tax within KPMG in 1993 and was promoted to partner in 2001, a position she held until 2013. Whilst at KPMG Jackie also undertook lead partner roles and set up and grew various practices within the firm. She used her experience to challenge clients and help them to achieve their desired growth. She was appointed as Head of Tax for Smith Cooper in 2013 and is a member of the firm's executive committee.
Jackie is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor. She has completed a boardroom master class and uses this experience to provide pro-active challenging advice to clients. Jackie is a former Chair of Birmingham Forward, a business and professional services organisation. Jackie was a former finalist of business woman of the year and spends time mentoring and coaching women in their chosen careers.

Valerie Menard is a partner in the firm's tax department and serves on the alliance's Global Mobility Services Group Leadership Team.
Valerie achieved a BBA and a specialized graduate diploma in Public Accounting in 2003. The same year, she was designated Best Performer in Quebec and was awarded a gold medal by the profession. Later on, she earned a Master of Law with the Taxation option (LL.M.) from HEC Montrea, the Montreal University business school and from the University of Montreal Law Faculty, with honors. Her career began with a Big Four accounting firm.
Valerie has been with Hardy, Normand & Associes since 2004.
