Biography

With a solid handy experience of more than 8 years, Fahad is taking charge of Tax & Zakat in the company, one of our key roles. Fahad started after graduating King Saud University as an accountant at HSBC, and then as an auditor at UTC International, then as a manager at Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia, before establishing his own firm and working on few other projects as well. He finished his master's degree from USA with a first honor degree.
Fahad moved to work in ZATCA (Zakat & Tax Authority) in 2018, and quickly appointed as a consultant for the Governor. He also has been working on the investment arm of the Authority, and on the guide report of VAT. His most notable work in ZATCA is at the Settlement Committee, where he worked on establishing the bylaws for settlement process, before serving as a consultant for the committee. During this time, he supervised a number of highly notable cases, including the big settlement of Saudi Banks, worth more than SR 5bn, and settlement of foreign bank branches, such as JB Morgan, with few other companies such as Schlumberger, and local listed companies, such as Dar Al Arkan, Sulaiman Habib Medical Group and NCB.
He also holds a significant knowledge on the GSTC guidelines (Tax Dispute Committee) having served there as a consultant.
