AGA joins International Franchise Expo in New York

AGA is pleased to be exhibiting and presenting a keynote and panel session at the International Franchise Expo (IFE) at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, New York City from May 30 – June 1, 2024.

This is the industry's premier event of the year which attracts over 6000 attendees over three days including entrepreneurs and prospective business owners from all 50 US states and 120 countries who will meet with over 300+ exhibiting franchise brands and industry experts. They will also explore the many different types of franchises available at various investment levels and learn how to be successful franchise owners by networking and attending comprehensive educational seminars.

We are delighted that Andrew Peskoe and Robin Silverman from AGA's New York based law firm Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe; Nick Magone and Karl Callejas from Magone and Company CPA's in New Jersey and Kerry Tassopoulos from legal member firm Platt Richmond in Texas, are joining us and will present a high level keynote entitled "Internationalizing your franchise – the key legal and tax considerations" to highlight AGA's expertise in supporting franchisors, franchisees, licensors, and licensees setting up or expanding into new jurisdictions.
