Biography
Ragu practises in the areas of corporate and commercial and securities law, with a particular emphasis in mergers and acquisition and corporate finance matters. He has acted for both issuer and underwriter clients in connection with a variety of matters including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt, and mergers and acquisitions of public and private entities.
