Based in the city of Surrey, BC, the team at Origin Law offer corporate, M&A and securities, estate planning, family law and corporate and civil litigation services to clients mainly in the real estate, technology, mining, healthcare and financial services sectors.

Lawyers at the firm also specialise in serving local and international businesses and entrepreneurs who have a focus on fintech, blockchain, cannabis and early-stage technology. The team is also experienced in working with firms in the UK, US, Malta, Spain and across Canada on M&A transactions, and helping companies access the capital markets.
